Recalibrating Success During Challenging Times

Roanoke hub/via Zoom

CCEUs- 1.5 Core Competencies and .5 Resource Development Credits.

Description: There is no shortage of resources to help business owners, entrepreneurs or corporate executives grow their companies. The trouble is most businesses struggle (or fail) and folks aren’t thriving in their careers.

In fact, stress, burnout and overwhelm have never been more prevalent than they are today. The reason is simple, we only focus on half of the success equation. We prioritize metrics over meaning. Accomplishment over values.
In this session, Christine introduces a success mindset that goes beyond work-life balance and combines meaning and metrics for both the person and the business.

She’ll focus on key considerations for adopting this approach during the uncertainty that continues to impact individuals and organizations as a result of the current health and economic environments.

She takes a closer look at each consideration and discusses tips for addressing those issues, including group and individual exercises.

Finally, Christine will review the critical skills needed for implementing a new Recalibrated Success Equation.

Core Competencies: Planning and goal setting, coaching presence.

Other: Offers another approach for strategy and goals.

Objectives:

  • ·         Describe what a recalibrated success equation includes and why that is relevant
  • ·         Understand how to navigate challenges and resistance to adopting the new model given the current business conditions
  • ·         Identify core skills to leverage during implementation
