Topic: Shifting Clients From Victim Mentality

Description:

Often, we find our clients seeing a situation from a single story, their own perspective. In this solo dance, one can view themselves as a victim, a persecutor, or rescuer, one of the key roles in Karpman's Dreaded Drama Triangle. During our September meeting, Jennifer Havens, MBA, ACC will share how she is using The Empowerment Dynamic™ to help clients shift from feeling victimized to feeling resilient and hopeful, self-righteous to self-aware, and overcome fears of not being need to supporting others to achieve desired outcomes.

In this session we will:

  • ü  Learn how to recognize clients stuck in the Dreaded Drama Triangle
  • ü  Engage in discussion with peers on powerful questions to shift client perspective
  • ü  Gain tools, tips, and tricks to help clients shift conflict dynamics in their world and facilitate the process in their teams

No Registration fee. Bring your own lunch.
