Biography
Roger Braswell is the head coach at Mulligan Makers, a company he started based on his own life experiences that is focused on those who could use a “do-over” or need help realizing their biggest dreams. Roger combines the wisdom gained from over 35 years of diverse career and business experience with the passion to help every client live the life they’ve imagined. Roger has worked with small business owners, executives, leaders, and individuals to not only help them identify what’s holding them back, but create a clear pathway to their most important goals.
Roger obtained his ICF certification at George Mason University in 2019 through the Leadership for Organizational Well Being coaching program, cohort five. Roger became a member of the Federal Coaching Network, a new organization developed through OPM to provide in-house coaching to senior government executives. Roger served in two branches of the military, retiring in 2021 after 24 years. Roger’s civilian background includes a blue-collar trade, industrial sales, and business ownership in the advertising industry. Roger’s latest venture is becoming a partner in the WAM association of business escalation groups.
Roger serves the community as the 2021-22 president of the Rotary Club of Powhatan, an active member of American Legion Post 354, and a volunteer with ICF Virginia. A life-long resident of the Richmond area, Roger lives in Powhatan and enjoys golf despite his less-than-glamorous scores!
