Facilitated by Sarah Hoyt, PCC, this interactive session will help the coach to explore the impacts of conflict and one way to respond to conflict by learning more about the CINERGY conflict management coaching model of mutuality. We will unpack the process to assess the conflict from your perspective and the other person’s perspective. The CINERGY concept of mutuality potentially leads to more awareness, clarity and accountability about the conflict and decision making.
