As the year begins, many of us are thinking about growth—growing our practices, growing ourselves, and expanding our reach as coaches. What that looks like can vary widely, but one thing I consistently see in this group is genuine curiosity, generosity, and support for one another.
To build on that spirit, I’m excited to invite you to Expand Our Impact and Reach, a facilitated peer-growth workshop focused on maximizing our impact as coaches.
Ahead of our January 23 session, I will be interviewing a small group of entrepreneurs and business leaders who have successfully built and scaled professional services practices (including coaching, L&D, and talent-focused businesses). During the workshop, I’ll share key themes and insights that emerged from these conversations.
