She is the author of PRISM Teams: Coaching Prolific, Radically Innovative Self-Managed Teams, and The ABCs of Living Well.
To support the profession, Kathy served as 2013 and 2014 President of ICF Virginia and 2017-2018 President of ACTO.
Kathy is also a Certified Coach Mentor, supporting coaches who are working towards their next ICF Credential.
