Kathy Harman, MCC, CCM is a Leadership Coach, Team Coach, Coach Trainer and Coach Mentor.  After 36 years of working in Information Technology as a project manager, programmer, scrum master and trainer, she blended her coach training with her career experience to develop the PRISM Team Coaching approach to coach both technical and business teams to discover their own unique path to high-performance. 

Kathy is Director of Coach Training for Radiance Partners, LLC which is applying to be an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).  She has been training coaches in an ACTP Program since 2015, and is a Certified Coach Mentor.  She teaches classes in Leadership coaching, team coaching and Agile coaching in the US and Europe.  She mentors coaches at all levels and also trains coaches to become mentors to other coaches.

Kathy has been heavily involved in the coaching community since 2010, serving as the 2013-2014 President of ICF Virginia and as president of the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO) in 2017, as well as serving on both boards for several years.

Kathy has presented multiple times to ICF chapters around the world, mostly on clarifying the Core Competencies, Coaching through Spirit, and Masterful Coaching.  She presented a workshop on using images in coaching for the annual ICF DC Coaches Conference, and has published articles in Coaching World and Choice magazine.

Kathy is the author of PRISM Teams:  Coaching Prolific, Radically Innovative Self-Managed Teams, and The ABCs of Living Well, and co-author of In-Sights Cards.
