Description: Explore how techniques in Appreciative Inquiry can help reframe choices for the future. Appreciative Inquiry offers coaches a tool that is especially effective in certain situations: for example, when a client is "stuck" or needs a technique for reflection before launching a transformation.

Presenter: Christie Wills is a certified Appreciative Inquiry facilitator and communications professional. She has over twenty years of experience in communications and public relations expertise, including crisis communications. She consults on matters related to organizational development, research, analysis, and project management. Christie graduated from the College of William and Mary, and has a Master’s in Public Administration with an emphasis on strategic management principles.
