When it comes to leaders, one size doesn't fit all. While there are universal themes for leaders, coaching at the supervisory level is different from coaching in the C-Suite. Coaching entrepreneurs is different from coaching a non-profit executive. But how different? And how do coaches adjust? Come find out as experienced leadership coaches share what they know. We are extremely fortunate to have panelists who are long time executive and leadership coaches in the Richmond area and who have built reputations inside and outside the organizations they serve.

Learning objectives:

- a greater understanding the the universal challenges all leaders face.

-a greater understanding of differences to consider when coaching at each leadership level.

-a greater understanding of the differences to consider when coaching leaders in different types of organizations.

-a greater understanding of the differences to consider when coaching leaders at different levels in an organization.

-a greater understanding of the rewards and challenges facing the leadership coach.
