About the Presenters:
Ann is a leadership and team coach, and group facilitator. She earned her Leadership Coaching Certification from the Newfield Network. Ann coaches individual leaders, teams, and groups experiencing significant change and growth. Her strengths are in expanding perspectives and ideas --then holding people accountable for taking bold action. Ann earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, specializing in neuropsychology and health psychology. She is adjunct faculty for The University of Texas Executive Coaching Program and in Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business. Ann is co-author, with Holly Williams, of the book Being Coached: Group and Team Coaching from the Inside.
Kathy is a techie-turned-coach who loves coaching teams to extraordinary success. Kathy blended her leadership coach training with her career experience to develop the PRISM Team Coaching Approach. She is the author of PRISM Teams: Coaching Prolific, Radically Innovative Self-Managed Teams, and The ABCs of Living Well. Being an artist, Kathy enjoys graphical coaching and using images to deepen insights in coaching. She served as 2013-2014 President of the Virginia chapter of ICF and 2016 President Elect of ACTO (Association of Coach Training Organizations). She is Training Co-Director of Success Unlimited Network© and is also a Certified Coach Mentor.
