Our Mission

ICF Virginia Charter Chapter is an association of professional coaches, as well as those interested in the coaching profession. We are dedicated to the promotion of coaching through professional skill building, business development, networking, and community service. We also actively promote awareness of coaching.

Our specific goals in support of coaching include:

• Promote, support, model, inspire and grow the coaching profession
• Increase the professional competencies and effectiveness of our coaches
• Raise awareness in the wider community about the coaching profession
• Provide a network through which our members can learn of and share opportunities
• Encourage the opportunity for our members to collaborate in providing services, resources and solutions for their clients.
